i'll start at the beginning,
i bought my car an R reg 1.4 corsa sport off a mate who had lost the keys and was going to scrap it. when i got it i found someone had had a go at the ignition so i couldn't just order new keys from vauxhall using the chassis number.
I picked up a new ECU, chip reader and chip set. then i got a new lock set.
as i got the ecu bits first i wanted to get the car running as it hadn't been started for 6 months, so flipped the hazard switch to get power to the ignition this worked and all i the did was short 12 volts the pos3 on the back of the ignition. the car now runs and drives brilliantly.
i had to wait for about 2 weeks for the locks and new ignition to come so i was using the car and just using the hazard switch upside down after a short while this stopped working and i had to tow the car home. i have now sorted the ignition. and returned the hazard switch back the right way up but my indicators have stopped working. if i flip the hazard switch back upside down the indicators work but then i don't have the hazards working .
Have i blown something if so what? all help very much appreciated, please!!
i've found on google that the corsa has seperate flasher units/relays for left & right indicators and hazards is this true?
If it is the relays/flasher units where can they be found please
regards
Andy

If you didn't drive it like a pikey and tell everyone how to start a Corsa without the keys, you may get some help tbh.

I'm new to vauxhalls and was led to believe this was common knowledge.
i was just telling exactly what had happened, as i thought it would be easier to diagnose.
All help greatly appreciated
