Hi folks, after a bit of advice for a mate.
few months ago one of the lads nailed this bird he known for a while, she stopped over rest of night and had bacon n egg buttys next morning with her and took her home.
few days later, she cries rape and he gets arrested for it.
now today he has been cleared, she has dropped all allegations and says it was consentual.
can he now sue the fuck out of her and make her pay for putting him through hell? he seems to think he cant but we are all saying he can.
is he best going cab or similar?

There was a programme on about it last night.
The conviction rate for rape is now only 5%. I reckon that is now because only 5% of rape allegations are actual rape. Rather than some drunk bird putting it about all night, going back somewhere, having consensual sex than regretting it.

I think this should be a serious crime, i imagine as soon as any man is accused of rape, to people who no her/him he will always carry a terrible stigma even if like your mate totally inocent. Women who do this kind of crap dont realise the trouble they cause and the time they use that the police could use to help real victims of rape. Fuckin bitches.
I hope he gets some serious compo for this.

If I was him I'd take legal advice with regards to suing her. It's far to easy for women to 'cry rape'. It makes me sick because there are a) so many women out there who actually get raped only to be ignored because of this shit and b) it ruins lives when someone does it.
