They look good, though was hoping to not have spacers..
Would they change the handling being so wide?

Pass, not sure!
The only other option would be to swap your front hubs to 5 stud ones and the rear drums to *i think but dont quote me* corsa C 5 stud drums?

Ah i've rear Discs, so from what i can make, i just swap the Hub assembly with the 4 bolts, straight over for a 5 stud one, making the Rear a very easy conversion..
I'm not sure what Hubs i'd need to make the front a 5 Stud job though..
