i am getting rid of my corsa b 1.28v and getting a astra g 1.4 16v.are these astras any good are they quick and what they like on juice?

didnt know you could get a 1.28v corsa, also for astras to run on juice...

Can't see a 1.4 being "quick" I have a 1.6 and its not fast atall...

jus got one of these and i wouldnt describe it as fast. but there ok on fuel depends what your expecting.

well i just use car for general nippin to shops and goin to see family.with odd long run on motorway.my corsa is really greedy does bout 25 to 30 to gallon

Like sombody else said, I also have a 1.6 16v astra and its got loads of pull in 1st and 2nd and thats it really. Oh and they drink oil
Pretty reliable aswell!

8v FTW. My old mans got 1.6 16v and it drinks oil, common on these engines

Im nto saying it about all 8 valves just i had the 1.6 8v and it just had nothing but problems with oils and just random stalling go for the 16v

Differance in opinion mate which is fair enough all my mates run 16v and i always get hammered for running an 8v 
ps mine never breaks down though lol
