i'm a tomtom fanboy myself, never had any problems with tomtom's.

do you lot have the V5 one? any better than the V4?

I have V3 and have played around with V5 in PC world - not much different apart from bit smaller and updated maps etc. Get the latest one you can within your budget would be my advice. The newer it is, the more up to date it will be.

Morrisons were selling a Navman other week for £60.....I bought one.

Pretty good, does the job it's intended for....just covers UK and Ireland.

Ive got a Navman F20 sat unused here......£25 + p&p & have yourself a night out on the piss with the balance!!

I'm still using my ancient early tomtom go 500 it's hacked to run the latest software with advanced lane guidance etc. just shows they are pretty damn solid machines

i havea navman one, picked it up in argos, 100quid, and that was with sme insurance thing, think it was around the 90pound mark

garmin 205, much more reliable than a tomtom
