what problems will in incur and what mounts and shafts do i need and is it difficult to do the wiring, and also how much will i be looking at for all the bits and is it hard to fit it

do a bit of research mate theres plenty of stuff on google about it, beardy off here has done a good write up of how hard it is and for the gains an xe is a hell of a lot easier

the wiring isnt that hard but u need to modify the exhaust manifols as they foul the steering rack iirc

there was a place in darlington not far from me where two lads used to do engine conversions, all vauxhall related but im not sure if they still exist.
