 the gf changed hers to 'in a relationship' a week or so ago and her best friend has just commented on it saying 'and not matt???' so next time the gf goes onto it (rarely goes on) she will no doubt bring it up
but why do people feel the need to make those kind of comment on such things?
is it only official ones you have changed your facebook status??
btw mines hidden so it isnt like it says im single, but its just like nothings ever official nowadays untill its bin changed/posted onto facebook .

TBF most people get fed up of it, once they know its happening and have gotten over the awwwww its cute stage, they just get annoyed at the constant chats between the 2. Cue Willay saying "Puke".

I have mine so it doesn't show anything when I'm single. If I'm in relationship and the person is on facebook they usually send me a relationship request so I just accept it.
I dont like showing when I'm single though cos if some munter starts chatting me up I can just say I'm seeing someone and they'll never know any different

It is true for a lot of people.
I never have "just pub" piccies put up, i just do major events in my life (holidays, trackdays mainly).
I update once, maybe twice a day, sometimes not for a few days at all. Depends if I have anything to say.
I can't remember the last "chat" i had, nor email I do it more for me if anything, remind me what i've been up to that i've forgotten about
