hi all i have a w reg corsa sport 1.4 16v it has air con,abs power steering e.t.c ,my problem is i need to re do some wires as they have frayed near the gromet in the passenger footwell which comes through the bulkhead,iv had a look today took the glovebox out e.t.c and theres a big black box type thing in my way it looks like its to do with air con,does anyone have any info on how to get it out? as once thats out the way it would make it so much easier to sort the wires,any help be much appreciated! thanks lee

Um very difficult i think, best left alone. Air con gas is pretty toxic so wouldnt mess around with it too much.

yeah thats what i thought the cars got no air con gas in at the moment so im safe there,i work at a garage so have access to air con machine e.t.c to re fill it
