Try getting put through to retentions, they will normally come up with a decent deal to try to get you to stay with them.

I remember with my N95 (few years ago) they wanted £200 for the phone (a few days after it was released) as an upgrade, but i said i was going to leave and they gave me it for free with a better contract than i had in the 1st place!
