One of our shops is a small 'couture' shop where the dresses start at about £1500 and go up to £4k+, so its only fairly small and has one worker there during the week.
Today someone came in and asked to buy an accessory that was in the window, when the worker went in to get it the customer pocketed her keys that were behind the desk. Bought the accessory using her card and then left
We've had to get all the fucking locks replaced now
Im tempted to go and park outside the shop tonight and wait for the stupid bint to come back and try to get in.

If she bought something using her card surely you know who they are and can report it to the police?

Plus my car's ideal for a stakeout, doesn't draw any attention.

Yup, police have been and taken all the details - they'll do fuck all.
At a guess she came in with a stolen card with the aim to use that and buy something, then took the opportunity to take the keys when she saw them.

Not as far as I am aware.
And Id rather close the shop down than employ a second person and pay them to stand doing fuck all all day just for H&S

Lots of small business owners work on their own. I do in the office here too, may sue my employer.

TBH, I think 50 CS members trying to hide by the entrance of the shop may just scare her off

That's almost as good as the boy wanting to claim for whiplash against himself.
