I've got a corsa sport 1.6, and it pulls to the left when you put your foot down.
The higher in the rev range and the faster your going, the harder it pulls.
I've had the tracking done and it's spot on, but it still pulls??
any help please

What about when you're going along and brake without holding the steering wheel?
And just because the brakes are new doesn't mean they're definetely not binding.

Engine mounts, something is able to move, nuts/bolts need tightened, a bush has collapsed, something like that is causing that.
i needed a new gearbox mount, but mine would pull left when accelerating, right when braking, due to the engine being able to move.

check the front tie rods and cross member. the tie rod normally rips out of the crossmember and circles in a round of rust

Does the car have coilovers? shane might have a point, mine was handling like a greasy weasel when the coilover weren't lined up properly after doing a CV joint.

You do realise that almost 100% of the roads slope off to the left for drainage.
It could also be tramlining due to your larger wheels and tires.
