I currently have the Samsung Tocco Ultra on Orange, from Car Phone Warehouse
I am paying £40 a month.
It is an 18 month contract and it runs out in Oct 2010.
I think I have to wait like another 6 months before I can upgrade.
I am bored of my phone and want the iphone.
Someone was saying to me that I can go to a different phone company, like Phones 4 You and see if that can upgrade me....?
Can someone shed some light on this please.

Some places will buy you out of the contract. You can't upgrade till 3 months before end of contract which would be July/August 2010 which is 8 months off yet.
Phone company will look at your usage and what they can get out of you for the buy out. 8 * 40pm = £320 to break the contract.
Possible but unlikely they'll buy you out, go in and ask.
