M3 will not tot cheap to insure or run despite it being 4k.

Great all round cars with decent performance.Go for the Sport though with the Mtec kit etc.

£4k would get a minter.

£3k would still get you a belter,then spend the rest on an Alpina527 inlet and throttle body and a remap.That will see you with around 230-240bhp.
