Author just changed my altonator belt and can't find where a little black cable goes??

when changing the altonator belt i knocked off a little black cable that is in a bunch of 5 with 4 brown cable.

The black has a spade connector on the end. I can't find where it goes back.

I fought it would just been an earth so i earthed it out on the end of a spring for the throttle (jsust because it stays on) and the temp went off the scale.


Can anyone help with where this cable goes so i can put my ine at reast with the temp gauge

look down by the cts there is a little tag that site out the side, this connector slides on there its for tne cts to work properly
