not got any made mix and b4 ne1 says i no im bit late but didnt realise it was yetserday till me gf told me last night in pub, shed not had any (pancakes :lol

4oz plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
200ml milk
75ml water
Seive(?) the flour into a large bowl, add the egss and then start to mix, add the milk/water mixture as you go along! You dont have to leave it to stand!
When your cooking them, add 2 table spoons of melted butter to the mixture, and put some in the pan!
Sorted!

i used some ready mix stuff after my 3rd attemt i finally made a wicked 1 and started to eat it thought it tasted a bit funy looked on the box it said best before july 2001

Forgot the flour, had milk, eggs and butter for some reason, and i was a bit too generous with the mixture.
Still ate it and was nice.

decided to go with easier option eggs and milk.....whisk together soak break in then whack it in pan 
sugar hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm nice
