They are 16s could do with a refurb in gloss black all tyres are no good so will need new tyres one has alot of tread left on it but needs air this is a toyo proxy tyre the others have wear on the tread Im looking for £100 ono

what is the offset (ET number) on them?
are they definately 4x100 (vaux) fitment?
