I however did win a competition for a 42"plasma tv and home entertainment system

was a text in competition in the daily express

The gadget show seems to good to be true, entered it about 15 times but unlike the lottery for example, you never hear of anyone who actually wins it.

A national broadcaster like Channel 5 aren't going to get away with getting people to pay £1.50 to enter a competition with no prizes.

Also, think about it, £1.50 an entry. The prize is usually worth about £30k rrp. They're going to have a lot more than 15,000 entries every week.

Also, Perry is fit.

They probably get the prizes free off the suppliers for bigging them up as product test winners ect. Even if they didn't the cost to enter x the amout of entries = > the cost of buying the gadgets.
