I am looking into getting into boxing training, i have no intrest of really going into the ring and hitting anyone or being hit back but just like the fun of training and good bit of excercise.

Is there any forums in particular that list boxing clubs as cant really seem to find one in my local area or the one i did find had closed down.

Im looking in Bedford if anyone knows of any?
