My xbox has just died, if i fail at repairing it, where is the cheapest place to get just the bare console? Ive got my hard drive etc. to swap across.

Not ebay, so many shit half repaired/banned ones on there. Try gamestation or something, they do cheap second hand one. I think new ones are pretty cheap now anyway.

dont buy a seconed hand xbox from gamestation as i had two and there was a cover missing on both and they were loud as fuck,so after the 3rd time i went back and swopped them for a new one
