We've had no snow here in Hinckley (Leicestershire) the garden is totally clear, the road is frosty but thats it, theres been no snow since saturday night and that lasted an hour and didnt settle 
Always hear about the snow everywhere else in the UK but here, we NEVER get any

I'm watching it on the news, but I can't see how this place missed it!! Go in any direction for about 30 miles and theres been snow, not here though.
Maybe its a blessing in disguise like you say, but still, the kid in me wants snow

it's really been coming down heavy here today.
My bosses make me laugh cause the girls in the office have been told they can go home at lunch time due to the bad conditions but nobody has been out to tell us that. how the fuck can it be bad enough for them to leave early but not us?

as soon as i see someone leave due to snow i'll be right out the door behind them. i've just told a couple of people the rumour about the office girls leaving early so we'll se how long it takes for everyone to kick off.
