Well today i took my mate to pick up a vectra v6 on a 2000 plate.done the 170 mile round trip and came back with this.
Immaculate does not describe it good enough. It's like showroom condition which seemed hard to find for a 9 year old car.
it was clear to see my mate was very happy with it

I'd like another vectra someday, big lazy cars, it would have to be a GSI though.

No rust anywhere, how are the rear arches? mine was ok when I got it, slight rust then it just went mental and practically ate the full car.

Absolutely none on arches or anything.I can honsetly say the only thing i noticed was the fogs not working and one blemish on the door about the size of the tip of a cotton wool stick...really made me want one so bad

Get one, but get a GSI or an ST, you could pick an early GSI up for not much more than 1k.

Tbh, that's quite a bit of money for a V6 on that mileage.

And a GSi with sub 100k for £1200 And I agree, Vectra C's are lovely. My dad has a CDTi 150 with the XP and it's a nice machine.

149k on a V6,the engine is just run in tbh.
£1k seems a good price for a W plate if its as clean as you say and with FSH.Is it a saloon or hatch??
P2 Gsi's in good condition still seem to fetch £2k+.
As for the C's being crap.....that statement is a load of crap.My dad has a Gsi Vectra C and its an awesome car.All the toys and goes awfy good for a big car.The 3.2 isnt as thirsty as made out to be either.
Only issues they really suffer is suspension components.Particularly the rear.
