Buy pre-mixed paint (no need to mix in thinners etc)

cant find arden blue on there anywhere how much am i looking at paying for say a 1 litre tin ... what type of paint am i looking for 2 pack ,acyrilic,cellulose ? whats the best to use what thinners ect: ..
