Anybody know of any good tutorials for both of these,
I have a good idea of how to do both, but just so I've got something to work off if I get stuck

All depends on what you are doing with the fibreglass and filler just remember filler is your freind you can never put to much on as you can always sand it off just make sure you got a few different grades of sand paper and use a block to rub it down don't just use your hands as it won't be flat or smooth
