been up since 4. does my head in when i'm like this. i go through phases where i don't sleep well for a month or so. i've never figured out what causes it.

I am unable to sleep due to being at work LOL although i could probably get away with nabbing a few hours lol.

C2 - I am exactly the same mate, i have no idea why either, nothing to do with food or location either

fairly quiet, done some trafficy stuff, usual domestics and transport detail. No time for I spy! Quick bite to eat waiting for the morning crashes to come in!

Finish 7'ish, depends on next shift and workload. What else am I meant to do on my break nothing happening on fb and nowt on tv!

iv been awake since half 3, thats the trouble when you constantly mess with your body clock I worked 3 nights last week only managed 2 hours sleep when i got home saturday morning which led to me sleeping most if sunday, now im wide awake!!
