I do have a job at the moment

Weds.. Thurs and Friday 3:00pm - 5:30pm in a primary school looking after the kids at the after school club

I need another job asap but cant find one anywhere.

If I was to sign on and say I don't have a job will they catch me out?

Don't really know how it all works.

Yes they can and If you do get caught you can get done for fraud and imprisoned.

You can sign on if you do under 16 hours a week.

You would need to tell them you have a job doing 7.5 hrs/wk though, otherwise as Fro said you'll get banged up and bum raped.

Well I have tried tescos and sainsburys.. they aint employing at the moment.

Ill try burger king in my local services later.. but I really dont fancy it..

Doesnt matter if you don't fancy it if you need another job. And tbf, that little amount of hours at your age is wank!

In all honesty how hard have you tried?!

Even try all the shops in town see if they want an assistant, newsagents, petrol stations, royal mail etc etc etc

As dave said. you can claim for jobseekers if you do under 16hours a week. Which im guessing you aint working in a after school club. but i thought you was at college in education? so you cant get it anyway
