I've ticked the second section which says "i do not have to pay due to me having the v5c.2 part which i have in my hand" is that all ok davey?

As long as that is the newkeeper bit FROM your lost V5C, if its the one you got when you bought the car then it wont have the same document reference number and they'll be lubing you up for £25
