My sis was in a car park reversing out of a bay (slowly) and a lady came around the corner and my sis went into her

They both got out and the lady couldn't see any damage..she was wiping the mud off to see if there were any scratches... but we couldn't see anything

They exchanged details and the lady rung up my sis today and said it will cost £450 for the damage (scratches)

What proof has she got that my sis done it?

Can my sis put up an argument?

my sis was in parked car circled.. and lady was the red box coming around the corner

Your sister is to blame, she wasn't paying attention, she reversed into live traffic.

Pay up.

If the lady looked at the scene and didn't spot anything or mention anything at that point I'm sorry but I'd give a round of fucks and tell her no chance.

I'm sure the owner of the land will just tell you to do one. This private land stuff seems like a load of bollocks to me anyway - it's wierd that you can still get done for doing something illegal like burnouts or handbrake turns, but if you crash into someone then the insurance don't want to know.

I crashed into a boy in a car park, was honest and ended up getting it sorted as if it happened on the road.

Aye, he was in a car. Thought it was quite obvious tbh considering the context and the fact I didn't say I ran him over.

My sis doesn't want to go through her insurance as she will destroy her 2 years no claims

Was there witnesses? If not, I'd ask the boot "What accident" and go round with my hunting knife.

She's probably just scratched her car and wants some paint doing for free.

Go around and see the damage without even a phone call.. Then tell her to fuck off before she gets a slap.

It looks like private land as well so insurance wont want to think about it.
I would say that it was her fault but depends how far out she was.

If its just a dent get a paintless dent removal place out, they only charge about £60 per panel.

I was watching Rambo clips earlier and I do genuinely believe that running around with a Hunting Knife, scalping all my enemies would be great fun

You swapped details so that you could go through insurance if there was significant damage. Allegedly there is damage so now you go through the insurance. If you didn't want to go through them then you shouldn't have swapped details.
