If the water is touching an ice berg it will be cold wether the ice berg is melting or not, chances are if its melting it will be a few degrees warmer, so if anything it should warm things up not cool them down.

Its all bollocks anyway, just another way to control what we do and spin extra taxes out of us.

Right, we want to climate global warming? Then first we cull all vegetarians. It's all the cows farting that's causing the issue, and if the veggies won't help us to combat the overpopulation of coo's, then they're out!!

I think its all a farce, one large money claiming, tax haven bandwagon for the governments to jump on.

As a conspiricy theory to throw into the pot, the Hadley/CRU UEA research centre (the main researchers behind climate change in our country), have supposedly had the IT systems hacked and emails collected between them and the key memebers of the anthropogenic global warming (AGW).

What they found was emails from scientist/researches claiming that there is no eviedence of climate change at all.

One particular email that tickled me was:

I've just completed Mike's Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd from 1961 for Keith's to hide the decline. Mike's series got the annual land and marine values while the other two got April-Sept for NH land N of 20N. The latter two are real for 1999, while the estimate for 1999 for NH combined is +0.44C wrt 61-90. The Global estimate for 1999 with data through Oct is +0.35C cf. 0.57 for 1998.

Im sorry, but im not sure I believe the whole climate change thing, have people forgotton about the Ice Age?

*edit* also forgot to mention that the agency had confirmed themselves they have been hacked. The emails are around the net to view in PDF format and are regarded as almost certainly genuine.
