What 'Is Classed as a horn i mean i can i put one under the bonnet and put the button anywhere? I mean i canbt get to my horn under my bonnet so i might get a new one and move it?

Can i use speaker cable to re wire the horn in the steering wheel? and when the horn was plugged in it would go of when i turned the wheel...

Sounds like the horn is earthing out when you turn. Take the horn off and check around the wheel and take the column off and check behind the steering wheel.

What am i looking for? and can i use speaker wire to re-wire it or do i have to use power cable?

If you remove the horn push you'll see a black earth wire connected to a pin on the back of horn.
On the other end of the wire is an earth ring. Look around this area for signs of earthing/wires touching that shouldn't be etc.
I wouldn't use speaker wire, When I wire things into my car I try to use the same colour that the factory use and a good gauge.
If you want to bodge it which it sounds like you do, Then use speaker wire.
Instead of bypassing a problem why not try to rectify it?
