Just keep it simple. Something like

I _______ (the buyer) agree to purchase this car for the amount of ______ on a sold as seen basis from _________ the seller.

Signed _________ (buyer)
_________ (seller)

Put name and address on there too just incase the V5 doesnt make it to the DVLA.

I've got a template Bryan but its on my broken laptop.

JUst keep it simple, same as above but I add an extra line along the lines of "Vehicle is sold with no form of warranty from myself and is the responsibility of (buyer) should any faults become apparent.

Also add the payment method and how much was paid.
