Is there more than 1 type?

I've found these on eBay -




And one included in the VX Performance Inlet Kit -



Not entirely sure if they are for the same joint on the Manifold as haven't taken mine apart yet...


Expanding a little... Can the top link type be used on a Powerbox like the type sold here by Flame?
