Don't know if you guys are aware but if you are summoned your fine is based on your salary

Therefore for the court documents do not declare what you earn and the maximum penalty is £350

Just thought I would share that

Yeah thats why you fill out an earnings form before you go in to court

my fine was £150 plus court costs
