Anyone know how to modify calibra leather front door cards to fit corsa doors? maybe a trick of the trade, nack way of doing it??? any ideas? cheers . metterz

i bought the full interior of a calibra to get the seats, i took one look at the door cards, lined them up with the corsa doors and thought, that's never gonna work and binned them

I've seen it done, so it's possible but I've no idea how much work went into it.

why dont you get an old leather suit and put the leather onto your doorcards

i think i am goin to mod them to fit, was just wandering if there is an easy way to do it.

nope...just hold them against, mark out where you are cutting. Cut the hard back material where you mark it and make sure the leather isn't cut where you marked it so you can tidy it up around the back when re-trimming. It will be difficult to do, if you can do it, it will look good but it will be very difficult.

never seen front door cards, but i've heard back door cards can be modded to fit.

You have actually seen someone take a calibra leather front door card and make it fit a corsa?

Its more likely they just fabricated some leather over a corsa card

Ive seen it done one here too, but they bought leather and fired it over a corsa card

can i strip the calibra leather off of the door card and use that over the corsa card, trimming where ever?

Hmmmm i think it will be pretty well bonded to the card and probably stiff as fuck too, if you try it let me know
