Having been rudely awoken by a loud buzzing in my ear, then spending 15 minutes chasing a wasp around my room, the little furry bastard flew into a lightbulb, fizzled a bit, then fell to the ground looking rather stunned! Managed to catch him in a plastic tub, where he still looks dazed, and unable to fly! His wings look tiny so not sure if he damaged them on the hot light? Anyway, he keeps (repeatidley for the last 5+ minutes) putting his front legs in his weird mouth, then rubbing them on his intennas (is that the right word?!)......bit like a cat does on it's ears....! is this a grooming thing? Is he getting ready for bed? Or has he burnt his head? If anyone knows cs will!

The wasp is gesturing "dickhead" at you after you chased it around the room.

Poor little bugger was only trying it's best to sing a sweet lullaby in your ear. Now, he's burnt himself and has to suffer a painful death. Nice one
Shoot it. Put it out of it's misery.

So it's currently in a tub, nursing a sore head unable to fly due to it's wings being half melted off and killing it would be evil at this point?

He's gone to play outside now, snow might be the best thing for burns! Also it was self inflicted by mr wasp, I still feel incredibly guilty for his injuries and wish him all the luck for a speedy recovery!

How the fuck is it still alive now? Sounds like some sort of super wasp, best thing would of been to kill it before it could breed.

He seemed to perk up loads and was trying to escape it's tub just before I put it outside! I keep hearing a bang outside so I've convinced myself it's mr wasp trying to get back in :/
