Recently bought two cd's as a job lot, they arrived, one is perfect, the other is scratched to the extent it skips on various tracks, messaged the guy a week ago, with no reply
I have opened a paypal dispute, so I ask for a refund? if so for the full amount or half?

Try copying the scratched CD at the lowest speed your writer can burn.
P.S. I'd ask for a full refund for the inconvenience.
You're obv going to copy the cds anyway before you send them back.

there's a policy about buying CD's and DVD's somewhere in the rules of selling and buying or whatever it's called...basically, you can't return them in case you copy them.
