Took my Saxo into have the bottom arm replaced after a run in with a kerb.
That was all done no problems but when i got into it on friday night when i picked it up, the central locking doesnt work anymore and they took the side skirt off and snapped all the clips so i cant get it back on.
Are they liable for both of these?
cheers

probbably smashed the skirt of when trying to put it on the ramp, its hard to get the ramplegs under skirts sometimes. Cant understand what they could have done to the c/l. anyway if the car was fine befor you took it in i would say that they are liable and should pay for the damage

They probably arent liable for the central locking because it probably wasnt their fault, but if they broke the skirt off they should fix it

Shouldn't have taken the car home mate, that'll make your life harder in the long run if the garage doesn't play ball. Should have left the car there and refused to take it untill they returned everything to the state it should have been in.
