nope, i think its a good modern version of the classic tartan style in the original mk2 golfs
wouldn't look good in an m3 though

if the front seats wer say recaro style (90 specs from rst) or similar then i think it would be ace, not feeling the buckets though..

prefer this myself..

Aye, mk5 golf GTI's have gone down the tartan route. (I know other golfs had them too, dont see it in modern cars anymore though).

Looks ok on the back seats, but the fronts are ugly no matter what you cover them in.
