Like they have done before, it's disgusting to make tax payers pay for new names and relocation and plastic surgery of these truely disgusting ANIMALS. If the boys feel less intimidated they are more likely to comply with what is asked of them in court. If kids are faced with scary people and a scary situation, they will usually withdraw and deny stuff. I believe that's why they do this, not generally to make them feel better.
That aside, if anything like that ever happened to my nephew, I wouldn't be held accountable for what I'd do to the culprits.
