the sti is heavy so has the disadvantage straight away.
take it down some country lanes and then see if he can keep up

that straight lines are easy to win races with. take the corsa and scooby down the back roads and see what happens then.
i'd love a c20let for some fun but i prefer corners.
each to their own though.

point is. corsa doesnt handle no matter what engine it has. an impreza does. so tbh there is no point going down back roads as the corsa wont manage it as well. so whats the point you are trying to make? the car that doesnt handle and never has wont handle round a back road? well done

none unfortunately. i'm not getting into this argument as it's on here time and time again.
i just prefer going around windy roads rather than straight lines.

it's decent actually. a bit heavy so doesn't perform well but i have a puma now which is more than fun enough around the bends.

plenty of windy roads around here mate. you must be thinking of the wrong place.
and yes nic, it's heavy but performs quite a lot better than my old light corsa around the bends.
but then again i am on a corsa site so i must be biased towards corsas and all that...
