£60 and 3 points on his licence! he was stoped at a red light hand break on and in nutral, he took a napkin out his glove box blew his nose police pulled him then fined him was on news this morning

to be fair as a tax payer i beleive the copper should be done for wasting our money, think of the cost in putting this all through the courts!

the solicitor will have a field day wih this copper...

i don't know if anyones had this problem before but a bogey half falling out your nose and tickling the sides of your nostrils is far more distracting then taking a tisue out whilst stationary and getting rid of it.

There are 2 sides to every story and I will wager that he is spinning a massive web of lies, mainly that he wasn't stationary and that he was blowing his nose with both hands as people do...

I was at the lights yesterday next to a guy with his main beam on, on the phone. Police car behind me, lights changed and the Police car turned off.
