TECHNICALLY...
the plate is LEGAL
numberplates need a minimum gap between letters, but there is no maximum
so could be A G 5 1 B Y E and still be legal as long as minimum spaces met

They also have to be grouped properly, which that isn't.

Yeah its a black one, looked completely stock, quite mint. I was being thrashed as it went past me though.
