How is it that I have spent hours on the phone to support, had the box replaced twice and even had the wiring sorted from the distribution to my flat, yet I just by chance I found that actually all you needed to was turn on the single feed mode in the hidden setup menu to get my box to work correctly.
I hate shit customer service

I hate sky, its shit but theres nothing better.

Here's another one. I keep on getting the message saying I have the wrong card in. Phone up Sky and they literally say they are sending some beams to fix the problem, that never works! The thing I've found is to go to the installer menu and select new install. Why do they talk so much rubbish 
There isn't anything that interesting on the hidden menu, unless you want to turn on the RF out or do a new install.
