my cars fitted with the mantzel powerbox a 4-2-1 janspeed manifold and a decat with a full sportex system with a 3'' outward rolled back box , since i stripped it its prety noisey inside lol especialy at 5000rpm when the mantzel boots in goes crazy . yeah i had 16'' softys on my old b and it scrubbed like a bitch! 15s are perfect

i removed all carpet, used heat gun to remove all sound proofing, took out bench and all plastics back to bare metal and took out spare.... i easily noticed the difference, it will jack your back end up though mate. mine was lowered 60mm at back and by time id finished stripping it looked ridiculously high, so had to buy some -100mm springs to put it back down at the rear, also handeling will change, just dont let off round a corner as back end gets twitchy with there being no weight in the back, go faster round corners when you get used to it though

i'd get rid of the spare wheel personally, excess weight that's not needed.
apart from that, looks really good, apart from the sound deadening, as has been said.

It looks better, did mine a while ago. ( Removed soundproofing with a heat gun).
There is still too much in there, take the roof lining out as well. It is noisy then..

aye man autopaint in thornton
my old mans a painter to the trade and weve always used there
mind get the car to temp and get the heaters on (want the car hot as poss inside
and when your painting
1. mist coat (will look rippley) but your only trying to get a msit over and give that 15 mins then back and put on a thick coat
and another coat in half a hour
remember dont be scared to put a good bit on as with all the curves ect ule not see runs and ule not get any ethier if your carfull
honestly the tins at auto paint are 10 times btr the nozzle on them is totaly diffrent and does'nt clog up ect ect
