As you all know Chris Astley went bust the other week. I'd already bought something. I was advised from somebody to open a dispute and excell it or whatever straight away. I did so and it said something would be settled in 10 days, that was 11 days ago.

Anybody with experience know how long it takes to get the money back when the seller isn't trading anymore?

PP normally just rape the money back quite quickly. I read on MigWeb that some new account has appeared on ebay selling CAM products.

i had the same while back rung paypal and they said as there wasn't any money in the other persons account i couldn't get anything back.

yeah quite possibly hes taken aload of stock before going bust, and just selling it off the books.

yeah, its all guses work btw - just keep on at paypal but by the sounds of things hes got alot of hassle coming his way.
