I'm working on a uni project where I'm making use of used cooking oil. I'm trying to find out an approximate amount of cooking oil that restuarants get through, how many litres per month etc. I know this can vary hugely but an approximate figure would be fine. I'm working it out on a residential level as well but this is a little easier and have managed to do it myself. Does anybody have any knowledge in this field?
cheers

yeah, could have been as much as four. i'm trying to remember how many were piled up to be taken away each month.
i remember getting into a fight and picking a full one up and swinging at the guy. oil went everywhere and the guy slipped in it, i thought he was coming for me so i grabbed him in a headlock and started pounding his head.

I can speak to the Chef at work and see if he knows how much we use. We are a 140 bedroom hotel though...not sure if that fits in with your requirements?
