Yeah, needs irmscher lights.

After my quotes for a corsa VXR went sour, decided not to put myself in debt and look for something that I can afford. Astra GSI is £1350 to insure, SRI is just £900. Pick them up a lot cheaper than a GSI too.

I'd rather have the SRi any day. Looks better and rare.

I allways worry about other parts of the car if they can do that to the back lights.

My insurance was £1002 £0 excess for a corsa vxr.
But the wheel bearings issue put me off.
Then looked at the astra gsi's now looking at CTR's
Saw some nice Sri's with quite a few extras, suppose it doesnt cost much to make it look like a Gsi?

Im definitely on the hunt for one now, can pick up a nice standard one for £3.5k. Need to MOT and sell the accord first though. Can afford it without selling the 106, but the eternal quest for power may render the 106 useless

It is a very nice example though

That SRi Turbo has been about for so many years.

All the work was carried out long long time ago, back in the day it looked fresh probably the nicest one that was out there. Now it just looks used and abused.

A boy in Muir of Ord owned it Chris

Massively underpowered, My relitively standard (at the time) Gsi passed him with ease.

He had trouble selling it on too, was for sale for months.
