Cant find my xp disc to re install..

But I can get on add or remove programs to clear it up.. it just sits and waits for programs..

any idea's?

can try and download ccleaner, it has a add or remove programs tool

http://www.ccleaner.com/download

Maybe a defrag is need, virus scan, spyware etc

Check start-up programs too and get rid of anything not needed.
