I'm stuck on the Yeti, got to the point where I've looked for internet help and it says to get picked up by it 3 times then Tenzing will help, but it doesn't happen.

I've tried going back to the start of the chapter too, but it still doesn't work.

I was really enjoying the game and this has stopped me in my tracks

Anyone cracked it?
