There was some whistling under the bonnet, thought it was the CAT but got the replaced under warranty and its not that, thought a gasket had blown , replaced that and still there, thought it was the down pipe from manifold, replaced that an still there.
The cars ok until 4k Revs in 3rd and then Engine Manament Light comes on and then i lose acceleration , same happens in 4th but not every time
What are my options on repairs and what could it be?

If its under warranty cant you just take it in and get them to sort it for you?

whilsting ? aint your turbo is it. lol.
Try your crank sensor. knock sensor also wont allow your car to go over 3-4k.
