may be able to prize grill out and open the catch but it will prob f the clips that hold grill to slam panel

jack car up put axle stand under so doesnt fall on head.
get under the centre of the bumper, undo bolts to release bottom of bumper look up and should see the little lever the cable goes to, get a long screw driver and lever it open
